Shipping & Delivery

We use Couriers Please to ship out the vast majority of your candle orders. For International, Small or Oversize items, we may use Australia Post.

Shipping fees are as follows:

DOMESTIC:
• Free shipping for all orders over $100
• Flat $10.50 shipping rate for all orders $20-$99
• Flat $2.20 shipping rate for all orders under $20


INTERNATIONAL:
•    Flat $60 shipping rate for all international orders weighing over 300g
•    Flat $25 shipping rate for all international orders weighing 300g or under. This is designed to allow for merch purchases (that are much lighter than candles) with more affordable shipping


PACKAGING:
It is super important to us that we try to limit our environmental footprint as much as possible. As such we only use:

• Fully recyclable cardboard boxes to ship
• Fully recyclable paper packaging tape to secure our boxes
• 100% biodegradable and compostable packing peanuts to protect your candles when in transit, or other recyclable paper and card products to secure
